Extreme Floods in 2016


The bridge, which crossed part of the Tinau River in the city of Butwal, was completely destroyed.
In the video, people on the bank whistle and wave to warn people on the other side of the potential collapse.
According to the Himalayan Times, a police team was attempting to rescue people on the bank of the river when the bridge collapsed.


Further heavy rainfall has been observed in various parts of

 the country over the last 48 hours. The country has already

 experienced severe flooding in several areas, including the 

counties.
